Best Repairs & Maintenance Scheme 

We want to hear from social landlords and contractors who are thinking outside of the box when delivering day-to-day stock maintenance and responding to repairs. We want to see evidence of the use of innovative fixtures and fittings and new materials. We want to hear from organisations that offer a flexible customer focused repairs service that fits around the busy lifestyles of tenants and gives them innovative options for booking repairs. 

Shortlisted projects should be able to give evidence of high customer satisfaction rates and show how they use feedback to continually improve services. We are also looking for evidence of regular communication with residents and repairs that are tailored to meet residents’ individual needs.
