Best Affordable Housing Development

We are looking for affordable housing developments that have had a positive impact on the wider area. Shortlisted schemes should be able to evidence how they are providing high-quality properties that have made a real difference to the lives of residents.

We want to hear about schemes that are pushing the boundaries of design, and are using innovative and green technologies to improve residents’ lives. Please demonstrate how and why they are deemed affordable.

This award applies to housing developments that have been completed within the past 12 months or are due for completion within the next 12 months. Developments can be part of a wider mixed tenure scheme and must be situated within the North of England or North Wales.
