We are living in a digital age but as more services go online an increasing number of people are finding themselves excluded. Reasons can vary from a lack of digital skills to not having access to a computer or smartphone or not being able to afford broadband.
We are looking for social landlords that have set up digital inclusion initiatives to help people to overcome these barriers to get online.
We want to hear about original schemes that are truly making a difference to people’s lives, from improving access to broadband to teaching people new skills.
Evidence must be supplied to show the impact of the initiative on residents. We are also looking for examples of how getting more residents online has impacted your organisation and the wider community.
