We want to hear from providers who can show a genuine commitment to diversity and inclusion – both within their own organisation and the wider housing sector. For example, entrants might show how their organisation is committed to board diversity or have introduced a policy that ensures the organisation’s workforce reflects the communities it serves.

Entrants should be able support their submissions with evidence of how employees – and possibly the wider business – have benefitted from this commitment.
