Best Development for Market Sale

We are looking for new housing developments, of all sizes, that are making their mark on a neighbourhood.

We want to hear about innovative schemes that have given people their dream home. Shortlisted developments will comprise high-quality properties that are pushing boundaries in terms of design and we are particularly interested to hear about the use of innovative and green technologies that are improving the lives of residents. The scheme should also bring added value to the local community.

This award applies to schemes for market sale which have been completed within the past 18 months or are due for completion within the next six months.

Developments can be part of a wider mixed tenure scheme and must be situated within the North of England or North Wales.
