We want to hear from organisations that are pushing the boundaries when it comes to delivering an efficient and effective repairs and maintenance service for residents.
 
Whether it’s the implementation of new technologies, or innovative practices, for example, we want to know how it is making a difference. Entrants must be able to demonstrate the dedication and skill of their repairs teams, backing up their submission with testimony and results.
 
Judges will be looking for evidence of how organisations are maintaining and improving tenant satisfaction, as well as making a positive difference to their quality of life
