Best Resident Safety Initiative

Safety is of paramount importance, as recent high profile cases have served to remind, so in this category we want to hear from housing providers and supply-chain partners who can demonstrate they are putting the safety and security of tenants to the fore.

Fire safety, damp and mould, these are critical issues, so we want to hear about the innovative projects and initiatives that are tackling them – or any other safety issues – head on.

They may involve technology, such as remote monitoring sensors, for example; they may involve staff training and cultural change; it may revolve around remediation issues such as cladding; they doubtless ensure tenants are engaged in the process.

Likely, entries will involve some combination of some or all of these factors. So show us how you are delivering safety and security for tenants in their homes.
