Best Retrofit Initiative or Project

For this category, we are looking for retrofit schemes that go above and beyond the industry standard. We want to hear about projects that have used innovative ideas and technologies to bring tangible benefits to tenants – such as a reduction in energy bills or improved health.

Eligible schemes will have been completed within the past 12 months or be due for completion within the next six months. Entries will benefit from supporting evidence and relevant resident testimony.
