Best Use of Technology by a Social Landlord

In this category, we are looking for examples of how social landlords have implemented technology to best effect; we want to see how it has made a difference.
The technology may be helping the social landlord conduct its business more effectively and efficiently; it may be helping staff do their jobs better; it may be fostering improvements for tenants. Quite likely, it provides some combination of the three. Of course, it ought to go without saying, it’s doing its bit for planet, as well as people.
Tell us about the technology, what challenges it sought to address, how it was implemented, any obstacles that were overcome to successfully implement the tech. Don’t just tell us – show us, with evidence.
Examples of technology being used includes smart home innovations; digital inclusion; online tenant services; data driven decision making; enhanced communications and community engagement; cyber-security; innovation in repairs and maintenance, though this list is hardly exhaustive.
