The technology may be helping the social landlord conduct its business more effectively and efficiently; it may be helping staff do their jobs better; it may be fostering improvements for tenants. Quite likely, it provides some combination of the three. Of course, it ought to go without saying, it’s doing its bit for planet, as well as people.
