The past 12 months have been like no other, and it goes without saying that the sector and its tenants have had a lot to deal with.
This award celebrates those housing providers that have reacted quickly and strongly to the COVID-19 pandemic and prepared themselves for any further disruption that may arise. We want to hear from those that have put the safety of both tenants and staff above all else, while maintaining a high level of quality in the service they provide.
Digital transformation has become one of the most notable themes of the pandemic, so wewould also like to hear from those organisations that have adapted their technical infrastructure to ensure the least amount of disruption to their day-to-day operations.
Nominations should be able to demonstrate resilience in the face of adversity and provide evidence of the success they have achieved in what has been an unforgiving 12 months.
