Home Builder of the Year

This category is aimed at those companies and organisations that have demonstrated excellence in delivering new homes, whatever the tenure.

Entrants must show why they are exceptional: For example, through delivering large numbers of new homes to a high standard, successfully implementing an innovative way of building homes, making a strong contribution to sustainability, or overcoming seemingly insurmountable difficulties to deliver a scheme.

Submissions must be backed up with detailed examples and results, as well as evidence of their success. 

Developments can be part of a wider mixed tenure scheme and must be situated within the North of England or North Wales.
