Resident Employment/Training Initiative of the Year

Supporting people into employment not only brings benefits for the individuals but for the social landlord and wider community as well but around half of working-age social housing residents are currently not in work. We want to hear about employment and training initiatives that are finding truly innovative ways to help people overcome barriers to work.

We are looking for initiatives that have had a lasting impact on participants and nominations should demonstrate how helping people into work and training has benefited the organisation.
