Supported/Sheltered Housing Scheme of the Year

This category is for schemes housing people aged 55 and over or people with specific support needs that have been completed within the past 18 months or due for completion in 2025. 

Shortlisted schemes will comprise high-quality homes with new and innovative technologies and fixtures and fittings.

The scheme should bring added value to residents and the local community, and nominations must demonstrate how the schemes are helping people to live independently.

We want to see evidence that residents’ individual needs are being met and that they are involved in developing services.
