This category celebrates technology partners who have made a significant impact in the housing sector through innovative solutions, exceptional collaboration, and measurable outcomes.

Entrants should showcase how their technologies have empowered housing providers to improve services, drive efficiencies, and deliver tangible benefits to residents.

The technologies we’re looking for are hardly exhaustive, but examples can include smart home innovations, digital inclusion, online tenants services, data driven decision making, safe and healthy homes, community engagement, cyber-security, and more.

Throughout, judges will be looking for evidence of how technologies have not only delivered solutions, but also how the entrant has worked with the social housing provider to ensure the best outcome for the organisation and its tenants.
